The base rate constitutes the fundamental mining point, calculated considering the total token distribution within the community and the anticipated benefits for user development, aiming to maximize user advantages.

Base Rate	Base rate = AP * Base score Base score = 0.0005 SPL/h ----- AP (Activity Points): Individual points accumulated from tasks. Base score will be halved every time 10 million more SPL is mined
